These yarns are an important raw material for the Turkish textile industry. Because there is no local production to meet the demand for floss yarns, their import is compulsory. Denizlipek is the leading company for the Turkish floss yarn market, and is at a price-setting position for these yarns.2) Viscose Yarn and Viscose Fiber;
A) Viscose Yarns;
Viscose fibers, whose production is not available in Turkey as well, are imported by Denizlipek. By local production, these fibers are transformed into 'local exhaustion' viscose yarns and marketed under the brand name Denizlipek.B) Viscose Fiber;
Denizlipek is also engaged in marketing the viscose fibers, supplied from global producers.3) Cotton Linter;
Cotton "linter", which is a by-product in every cotton-producing country, is also an essential raw material for viscose flament yarn and viscose yarn factories. Denizlipek is a cotton linter supplier for these factories; the company supplies these linters from Turkey and other cotton-producing countries. Denizlipek is the leading exporter of this raw material, which has no scope of usage in the Turkish industry.4) Sulphur;
Denizlipek is one of the few export agencies of granular sulphur with 99.5% purity grade, which is used especially in the making of sulphuric acid H2SO4.
